Managing Hypertension in '40s

  High blood pressure, or hypertension (a reading of 130/80 mm Hg or higher), can silently damage the body over years. Uncontrolled, it damages and narrows arteries, potentially causing aneurysms. This damage can lead to severe health problems affecting major organs: Heart: Coronary artery disease, heart attack, heart failure, and an enlarged heart. Brain: Stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA or ministroke), and dementia. Kidneys: It is a leading cause of kidney failure. Eyes: Damage to blood vessels in the eye can cause vision loss. Sexual Health: It can lead to erectile dysfunction. Lifestyle changes and treatment are essential to control blood pressure and reduce the risk of these life-threatening conditions. Patient 42Yrs old, Male,  joined us in mid December 2024 to help him go off the medicines. He had  frequent episodes of High BP ranging Systolic: 164 -180 mmHg and Diastolic: 95 -104 mmHg and It was investigated and diagnosed as Primary Hypertension. ...
