 79 Year old patient with H/o Diabetes, Hypertension, Allergic Bronchitis, Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease was diagnosed with Liver Fibrosis.  Patient was already on: Gluconorm G1, Ondero 5, Foracort, Veloz D, Roseday A 10, Gemcal XT, Telma 40, Linvas 4, Tofofil. And patient had severe constipation.
